Fix incorrect plugin names.
...
The ’name’ function wasn’t updated when these plugins moved from single files to directories. This resulted in multiple plugins being named ’index’.

More refined shortening of message data in logs.
...
Instead of printing ”{…}” for all message.data:
- show first 97 characters of strings, followed by …
- don’t shorted empty objects or arrays
- shorted arrays to ”[…]” and objects to ”{…}”
