toofar 161ce7bfce Allow setuptools and pip in compiled requirements files ... This aligns with the direction of pip-compile and uv, and removes some code from this script. See: https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/issues/1353 https://github.com/jazzband/pip-tools/issues/989#issuecomment-1134985118 The code being removed worked fine.
