A custom update checker for WordPress plugins. Useful if you don't want to host your project in the official WP repository, but would still like it to support automatic updates. Despite the name, it also works with themes.

Yahnis Elsts 655b93a3bb Fail silently if we can't find the plugin in /wp-content/plugins/ or can't read its header. Note that this will also fail if the plugin is installed in mu-plugins. 
This could be improved.
